Slow Cooker Corned Beef

Delicious corned beef made in your crockpot. Serves 8.

  1. Place beef brisket into the slow cooker

  2. Add beef broth

  3. Sprinkle in the pickling seasoning packet

  4. Cook on low for 8-9 hours

  5. Prepare vegetables and halfway through the cooking process add to the slow cooker

  6. If using cabbage, add one hour before eating

Ingredients

  • One, 2-4 pound package of B Bar Ranch Organic corned beef and pickling seasoning packet

  • 4 carrots

  • 8 small red potatoes

  • 1 onion

  • 4 cups of beef broth

  • 1/2 head of cabbage
