The B Bar Ranch is located at the top end of the mountain-rimmed Tom Miner Basin. The ranch is the highest deeded land in the Basin and is bordered by the Gallatin National Forest (Gardiner Ranger District) and Yellowstone National Park.

To Get Here

By Air: There are daily flights on several major airlines to Bozeman and Billings. Driving times from the airports are approximately two hours from Bozeman and three hours from Billings. Most major car rental companies operate at both airports.


By Land: Our turnoff from U.S. Highway 89 is 36 miles south of Livingston, 17 miles north of Gardiner. Turn west on Tom Miner Creek Road near mile marker #17. Cross the Yellowstone River on Carbella Bridge. Turn left at the 'T' and continue 8.5 miles to the B Bar Ranch entrance on the right side of the road. Continue another mile to ranch headquarters.
